Every listing states the exact device and resolution it is built for, including current iPhone Pro Max sizing, Samsung Galaxy Fold and Flip, and Frame TV Art Mode dimensions. If your specific model is not listed, send a message before buying rather than guessing.

How do I get my files after I pay?
Immediately. You will get a digital download link right at checkout and in your inbox, so you can update your screen without waiting on a delivery truck.

What file formats will I receive?
You will get high resolution JPG files tailored for instant setup. They are pre-formatted and ready to save directly to your camera roll or direct to your device memory.

I deliver JPG rather than PNG on purpose. No phone or tablet screen actually displays true 8K, so an oversized "8K" file is mostly just extra storage space and battery drain with nothing to show for it. High quality JPG holds up completely fine on a real screen, and some phone wallpapers are sized around 25% larger than the current screen resolution to stay sharp as screens improve, without going anywhere near the pointless end of file bloat.

Can I use one wallpaper across multiple devices?
Some listings are single device files, while others are full bundles covering your phone, tablet, and watch in one purchase. Check the listing description to see exactly what is included in that set.

The photos are mockups, will it look exactly like that on my device?
Close, but a mockup is still a representation, not the file itself, so small differences in exact crop or color can happen between the mockup photo and your actual screen. If something looks off once it's really on your device, message me directly. I'd rather help fix it or make it right than have you stuck with a wallpaper you're not happy with.

What is your refund policy on digital items?
Because digital downloads cannot be un-downloaded, all sales are generally final. However, if you bought the wrong size by mistake or the file will not open, message me directly and I will help you fix it.

Are these licensed for commercial use?
All downloads are strictly for personal use on your own screens. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the files for commercial projects or print production.
