When you purchase or download a wallpaper from Siriux Art, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This means you may:

Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files, in original or modified form.

Remove or alter any copyright/branding notice included with the file.

All designs, and the Siriux Art brand and website, remain the property of Siriux Art. This license is a condition of your purchase or download — it doesn't transfer ownership of the artwork to you, only the right to use it personally as described above.

AI-Generated Content
Our designs are created with the assistance of AI image-generation tools, followed by meaningful human curation, editing, and retouching. We disclose this openly. Where the underlying legal protections for AI-assisted artwork may vary by jurisdiction, the license restrictions above apply regardless, as a condition you agree to by purchasing or downloading — independent of copyright status.

Prohibited Use of the Website
You agree not to scrape, systematically download, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass any security or access controls on this website, including any measures protecting full-resolution image files.

No Warranty
